Educational Qualifications for NCDC Senior Assistant, Personal Assistant, Junior Assistant, Program Officer Recruitment 2024
Candidates desirous to work with NCDC be a Graduate in the concerned discipline from a recognized university with having fundamental knowledge of Computers.
Pay Scale
Candidates selected will be appointment on a salary range of Rs 9,500/- to 67,700/- .
Salary structure varies with post-wise. Refer the official notification for specific salary structure for each post.
Application Fee
Application fee payable for the posts of Dy. Director and Assistant Director is Rs. 1200/- and
for the posts of Programme Officer, Senior Assistant, Senior Personal Assistant, Personal
Assistant & Junior Assistant, Rs 750/-
Applicants belonging to SC/ST Category will be exempted from paying any application fee.
Selection Process under NCDC Senior Assistant, Personal Assistant, Junior Assistant, Program Officer Jobs
Candidates who have successfully registered will be first subjected to a Computer Based Test (CBT) following which a provisional merit list will be prepared. Further selection criterion as follows:
- For the posts of Deputy Director and Assistant Director: Selection shall be based on the combined merit of both CBT and interview. Weightage for the performance in the CBT and personal interview shall be given in the ratio of 80:20.
- For the posts of Sr. Personal Assistant & Personal Assistant, the candidates shall be called for shorthand skill test. The selection shall be based on the merit in shorthand skill test.
- For the posts of Sr. Assistant & Jr. Assistant, Applications of only such candidates who qualify in the computer skill test shall be further considered.
Exam Pattern & Syllabus
Question paper will consist of 150 Objective Type Questions carrying one mark each. MCQs are divided into 4 sections namely:
- General Awareness
- English Knowledge
- General Intelligence & Reasoning Ability
- Arithmetical & Numerical Ability
No negative marking scheme. The Medium of question paper will be English & Hindi. And the question paper will be different for different posts.
