Age limits of Punjab PUDA DEO Law Officer Post

Candidates applying
must be below 37 years and above 18 years as reckoned on 01-04-2024. For
OBC/SC/ST, relaxation of 5 years in upper age limit. In case of Ex-serviceman,
years of service shall be deducted from the actual age and considered eligible
according to it.

Educational Qualifications for Punjab PUDA DEO Law Officer Recruitment

Candidates desirous to
join PUDA as Data Entry Operator & Law Officer must possess the following qualification:

1. Data Entry Operator: 

i)Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University.

ii)Possesses
a Computer Information Technology course equivalent to “O” Level certificate of
(DOEACC) of Govt. of India. 

iii)Speed typing in both English & Punjabi:
30 words per minute

2. Law Officer:

Graduate in Law with at least three years of experience as Advocate.

Pay Scale

Selected candidates will be appointed on a proposed salary as
follows:

Data Entry
Operator: Rs 10,300/- to
34,800/- + 3,200/- GP

Law Officer: Rs 10,300/- to 34,800/- + 4,600/- GP

For SC/ST/PH Category candidates, Rs 500/-

Selection Process for Punjab PUDA DEO Law Officer Jobs

Applicants who have successfully
submitted their candidature for FHW Post will be assessed on the basis of merit
obtained in the Written Exam based on syllabus as per the minimum required
qualification.

Written Examination:
It will consist of 100 objective type questions divided into 5 sections of
equal weightage. Each question carries one mark. Medium of Question paper will
be English and Punjabi.
