Recruitment for Vacant Posts in One Stop Centre under Mission Shakti Scheme

The Women Development & Child Welfare Department, Chittoor, is pleased to announce a recruitment drive for various positions under the Mission Shakti Scheme. This initiative is aimed at providing critical support and services to women in distress, ensuring a safe and secure environment for them. We invite eligible and passionate candidates to join us in this mission by applying for the following contract-based positions. The selected candidates will be based at the District Women & Child Welfare & Empowerment Office (DW&CW&EO), located on the 2nd floor of Ambedkar Bhavan, Collectorate, Chittoor. The positions are co-terminous with the scheme.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Centre Administrator (Women only)

   • Age: 25-42 years
   • Qualification: Master's degree in Law/Social Work/Sociology/Social Science/Psychology with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Preference will be given to candidates with 1 year of counseling experience.
   • Other Requirements: Should be a resident of the local community for effective functioning.

2. Para Legal Personnel/Lawyer

   • Age: 25-42 years
   • Qualification: Degree in Law with at least 3 years of experience in relevant fields. Practicing lawyers with 2 years of litigation experience are also eligible.

3. Paramedical Personnel (Women only)

   • Age: 25-42 years
   • Qualification: Professional degree/diploma in paramedics with 3 years of experience in the health sector.

4. Social Counselor (Women only)

   • Age: 25-42 years
   • Qualification: Professional degree/diploma in psychology/psychiatry/neurosciences with 3 years of experience in the health sector.

5. Office Assistant (Women only)

   • Age: 25-42 years
   • Qualification: Graduate with a diploma in computers/IT with 3 years of experience in data management and IT-related tasks.

6. Multi-Purpose Staff (Helper) (Women only)

   • Age: 25-42 years
   • Qualification: Literate with relevant experience. High school pass is preferred.

7. Security Guard/Night Guard (Women only)

   • Age: 25-42 years
   • Qualification: 2 years of experience as a security personnel. Preference for retired military/paramilitary personnel.

Application Process:

Eligible candidates can download the application form from the official district website https://chittoor.ap.gov.in and submit the filled application form along with the required documents (educational qualifications, experience certificates, community certificate, etc.) to the DW&CW&EO office. The last date for submission is 10th August 2024 by 5 PM.

• Only qualified candidates will be called for an interview conducted by the District Selection Committee.
